Mayor Joel Villarreal signs memorandum of understanding (MOU) at 2023 RGV Economic Summit

Members of the RGC City Commission and Rio Grande City EDC attended the 2023 Rio Grande Valley Economic Summit being held at the Bert Ogden Arena with Special Guest Governor Greg Abbott.

Community and business leaders from across the Rio Grande Valley were present for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding highlighting efforts to foster collaboration and cooperation among cities and entities within the Rio Grande Valley to maximize economic potential, attract investments, and promote growth.
