Rio Grande City EDC in partnership with UTRGV Small Business Development Center, Rio Grande City Greater Chamber of Commerce, Rio Grande City Public Library, Starr County Industrial Foundation, Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Workforce Solutions hosted a Lunch and Learn workshop on Tuesday, October 29, 2019.
Senior Business & Trade Advisor, Arturo Gonzalez, presented the Customer Service Plus workshop, highlighting email and telephone etiquette, customer service tips, and managing expectations. Workforce Solutions sponsored lunch.
The Rio Grande City Lunch and Learn is a series of business education workshops for local small business owners in Rio Grande City. They take place over lunch and are an informal opportunity for small business owners to learn skills through a wide variety of business topics.
