Downtown Rio Grande City property listings are now available for searching on downtownTX.org website.
It currently features spaces available for lease, sale and includes an inventory of historical buildings in the Rio Grande City’s downtown district. All information is added and updated to Rio Grande City’s page of the website by the RGC Main Street Program.
“This tool will connect Rio Grande City to investors and developers to grow downtown’s retail offerings and provide additional resources for local entrepreneurs seeking available spaces in the downtown district,” said Mayor Joel Villarreal.
DowntownTX.org is an online building inventory for Texas downtowns featuring historic property listings. Developed by the Texas Historical Commission, the purpose is to attract community-minded entrepreneurs and investors to available historic properties in downtowns across Texas. DowntownTX.org serves as a matchmaking platform for buildings, making it easy to find, invest in and enhance historic buildings and places. The website allows visitors to look at available sites in 38 Texas Main Street cities.
