Rio Grande City hosts UTRGV Small Business Development Center workshop

The UTRGV Small Business Development Center, in partnership with Rio Grande City EDC, Rio Grande City Public Library, Rio Grande City Greater Chamber of Commerce, Starr County Industrial, and RGV Hispanic Chamber, held a Customer Service Plus! workshop at City Hall in Rio Grande City, Texas.

The session by Marcela Arredondo, Business Advisor with UTRGV SBDC, highlighted the importance of developing and implementing customer service training for your employees and your business.

The UTRGV Small Business Development Center provides seminars and workshops that are free and available to the public. They are geared towards small business owners who are interested or need information regarding finance, customer service, and steps to open a business. The SBDC provides free, individual business counseling and low-cost advanced training to help find practical solutions for small businesses.
